SHIPPING 

We offer tracked insured shipping with DHL on selected items. We try to handle your order as quickly as possible, but since it's just us and carefully handling and packing the items may take up to a week. Shipping within Germany normally takes between 2-5 days. We are not responsible for DHL shipping delays, damages and lost items or any customs fees and duties that may be additional to your order.

Change: Shipping within Germany only
Due to the legal requirements around packaging registration (the German Packaging Act and the corresponding registration obligations in other countries), we now ship exclusively within Germany. Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders with a delivery address outside of Germany. Thank you for your understanding.

Änderung: Versand nur noch innerhalb Deutschlands
Aufgrund der gesetzlichen Anforderungen rund um die Verpackungsregistrierung (Verpackungsgesetz bzw. die entsprechenden Registrierungspflichten in anderen Ländern) versenden wir ab sofort ausschließlich innerhalb Deutschlands. Bestellungen mit einer Lieferadresse außerhalb Deutschlands können wir leider nicht bearbeiten. Vielen Dank für dein Verständnis.

 

Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.

If you select curbside delivery at checkout it may take longer (up to a month) to receive your item because we will deliver it ourselves or through a courier. It's still the best and safest option, especially for fragile pieces. 

If you would like to purchase bigger items and require shipping please write us an email office@anotherjune.com before processing your order. We are happy to assist with transportation within Germany.

 

RETURNS

We really hope you are happy with your order and enjoy your items. Sales are final and we can not accommodate returns or cancellations on orders.

Please read the item descriptions carefully upon placing your order or if you can visit our showroom to view the items before buying. Check the dimensions of the items you fell in love with and make sure they fit your home.

If you have any hesitations about a size or furnitures condition, please leave an email upfront. As vintage / secondhand pieces are sold 'as is' - there may be light flaws. We do a thorough inspection of every single piece prior and will describe each item in the listing.
