Stunning table lamp by LEOLA, Germany, 1970s.

A light but sturdy frame from natural rattan holds a total of 12 (6 on the base, 6 on the shade) individually shaped resin panels. 
The panels appear to be hand poured/shaped from clear and white opaque resin, creating a very beautiful and nuanced light.
